Following in the tradition of Les Clefs d’Or, the international association concierges, The Saint Louis Concierge Service Association is dedicated to keeping concierges and guest service personnel in general abreast of entertainment, events, shopping, dining and a wide variety of other services throughout the Saint Louis, Missouri and nearby areas. Our members enjoy endless networking opportunities with representatives from member hotels, corporate buildings, restaurants and other businesses. This allows concierge and hospitality and guest service personnel in general to to meet, gather information, and discuss methods of helping guests and improving customer service. The Association provides an invaluable benefit for the concierge, the hotel or member business and, most importantly our guests.

The Saint Louis Concierge Service Association was founded in 1986. We are a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization dedicated to promoting St. Louis and its environs, services, attractions, businesses and hotels as well as working to improve customer service skills of our members and customer satisfaction of the many visitors to St. Louis.
